Earlier this week, underarmour Teammate Resource Group, Latino Alliance, held a special ‘Cafecito’ session at our Orlando Brand House. These Cafecito (small coffee) sessions provide an opportunity for teammates to discuss topics such as personal development, cultural celebrations, networking opportunities and more. We were excited to welcome our Retail & DH teams to the session for the first time both in person and virtually! We were also joined by central Florida native, and former catcher of the Miami Marlins’ Minor League team, Iggy Baez, who shared his background and provided our teammates with incredible takeaways that left them inspired and encouraged to maintain a winning mindset both personally and professionally. #lifeatua #community #networking
