The XFL is filling up with some familiar faces — is your favorite player on a team or coaching?? Wade Phillips is the coach of the Houston Roughnecks. You may remember him as the Houston Oilers’ defensive line coach or as the head coach of the Cowboys. Phillips led the Cowboys to a record 13-win season in 2007. Others may know Phillips as the 2015 defensive coordinator of the Super Bowl-winning Denver Broncos.   Hines Ward takes on his new role as coach of the San Antonio Brahmas. Ward is the Steeles’ all-time receiving leader. During his NFL playing career, Ward was most known for his toe-tap catches. During his NFL coaching career, Ward made waves for his successful coaching of rookie JuJu Smith-Schuster, who had 917 receiving yards with 7 touchdowns.  There aren’t just famous faces as coaches in the XFL.
