Raspberry Lemon Cheesecake Pie with almond cookie crust! This recipe was absolutely delicious! And the decoration sounded much better in my head, when I was actually done decorating the pie with the raspberries filled with lemon curd my husband and I were both looking at this pie and thinking: “well that looks… different.”😂😂😂 but I decided to roll with it because the pie was absolutely delicious!
