There’s nothing like an easy, quick, and delicious takeout meal, especially when you’re the cook! I used this minutericeus Butter & Sea Salt Jasmine rice cups so I can save myself time on prep and cooking. It doesn’t get better than this! Let me know if you try it fam.
Orange chicken
1-2 Minute Butter & Sea Salt Jasmine rice cups
Sauce:
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp white sugar
1/8 cup white vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/8 cup honey
1 cup of orange juice
Cornstarch slurry (1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water)
1 tsp orange zest (optional)
2 lbs of chicken thighs (cut into nugget sized pieces)
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
Batter:
1 large egg
3/4 cup cornstarch
Fry for 3-5 mins at
340 degrees
