Ingredients:
• 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
• 8 slices prosciutto, cut into thirds (24 pieces total)
• 6 oz brie cheese, sliced to fit mini muffin cups
• 2–3 tbsp fig butter or fig jam (about ½ tsp per bite)
• Fresh rosemary leaves
• Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions:
1. Prepare the pastry: Preheat your oven to 400°F. Gently roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 24 small squares. Lightly coat a mini muffin tin with nonstick spray, then press one square into each cup.
2. Build the bites: Add one piece of prosciutto, a piece of brie, and about ½ teaspoon of fig butter to each pastry cup. Finish with a few rosemary leaves for extra flavor.
