Made with chopped rotisserie chicken, cranberries, toasted pecans, celery, fresh herbs, and a creamy maple Dijon dressing. So easy and so good.
Ingredients
Chicken Salad:
• 2 cups finely chopped rotisserie chicken
• ⅓ cup dried cranberries
• ¼ cup pecans, roughly chopped and toasted
• ½ cup diced celery
• ¼ cup green onions, chopped
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
• ½ tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Creamy Maple Dijon Dressing:
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• ¼ cup Greek yogurt
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup
• 1½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
• ½ teaspoon onion powder
• ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
• Salt + black pepper, to taste
