These Prosciutto-Wrapped Stuffed Dates are a simple 5-ingredient appetizer that’s perfect for Christmas, New Year’s Eve, or any holiday gathering. Medjool dates are stuffed with creamy Boursin cheese, wrapped in prosciutto, baked until lightly crisp, then finished with hot honey and toasted walnuts for the perfect sweet, salty, creamy, and crunchy bite.
Ingredients (5 Total)
• 25–30 Medjool dates, pitted
• 1 (5.3 oz) package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
• 6 oz prosciutto
• ⅓ cup walnuts, chopped and toasted
• Hot honey, for drizzling
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
2. Slice the dates lengthwise and remove the pits.
3. Stuff each date with about 1 teaspoons of Boursin cheese.
4. Cut the prosciutto slices into quarters and wrap each slice around each stuffed date.
5. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the prosciutto is lightly crisp.
