This Simple Slow Cooker Pot Roast is made with a chuck roast and cooks low and slow until it’s fall-apart tender. It’s flavorful, easy to make, and perfect for stretching into multiple meals throughout the week. Ingredients • 4 lb chuck roast • 2 tbsp McCormick Montréal Steak Seasoning • 1 tbsp Gourmet Collection Garlic & Onion Spice Blend • 2 tbsp brown sugar • 2–3 bay leaves • 2 cups water + 2 tsp better than bouillon beef base (or 2 cups beef broth) • 1 medium yellow onion, diced • 3–4 whole garlic cloves • Fresh parsley, for garnish Instructions 1. Add the diced onion, whole garlic cloves, and bay leaves to the bottom of the slow cooker. 2. Place the chuck roast on top of the onions. 3. Season both sides of the roast with the Montréal steak seasoning, garlic & onion spice blend, and the brown sugar. 4.
