So I feel like there’s this whole misconception about what it means to be “fit”
To most people, when you consider someone fit it means being skinny and toned, right?
While I tend to agree with this statement I also have an issue with it. People tell me I’m “fit” all the time and I’m like nahhhh not yet, I’m working on it and then they correct me and say I’m wrong 🤦🏼♀️
But then I think about it and I realize that I put myself through grueling workouts every single day and sometimes twice a day because I’m insane clearly, and there isn’t much I can’t do anymore unless it’s because of an injury
So just because I’m considered curvy, doesn’t mean I can’t be fit
So it’s time to take this new
#curvyfit movement to a new level
Don’t be intimidated by the workouts or the “super skinny fit” people around you, because I bet you I can lift heavier 😂🤣😂
