#GatoradeSNIP update with Leah Knizner 💥 Leah is a @gppartner SNIP fellow at Clemson University where she is working with the football team under the mentorship of Paul Harrington. Leah is working closely with her athletes to meet their performance goals through nutrition education sessions, body composition testing, one-on-one counseling, and hydration assessment. She also coordinates with other departments, such as the Bistro staff, sports medicine, strength and conditioning, and the Clemson Applied Science Lab, to help provide the best nutrition care for her athletes. Leah grew up in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, and received her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Sciences at Penn State University, where she was also a member of the Women’s Basketball team. At Penn State, she completed a sports nutrition field experience, where she was introduced to her passion for sports nutrition.
