Managing PCOS freakin sucks One day you look in the mirror and you hate the way you look because you feel like you gained weight… Then the next you feel slim and confident and wanna show off! It’s also all dependent on how you slept too If you had a bad nights sleep then your cortisol levels increase and the weight around your stomach and hips get worse AND THENNNNNN you’re tired so you crave carbs and sugar BUT you’re insulin resistant so all it does is make you feel like shit and crash Now you’re in this whole vicious, never ending cycle of hell that would be fine if you just got a god damn decent nights sleep 😔 But you can’t because you have PCOS and you’re tired all day but wired at night… DO YOU SEE HOW MENTALLY EXHAUSTING THIS IS?! Mind you this is something I’ve been dealing with since I was in my early 20s with no official diagnosis until the age of 34 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅 Anyways, I just wanted to rant because I don’t think those who don’t have PCOS, really understand ho...
