You 👏🏼 can 👏🏼 do 👏🏼 hard 👏🏼 things 👏🏼 How often do we tell ourselves “ I can’t” or “I won’t”? It’s so limiting. Why do we do this? It’s just the way we are conditioned sadly We are the only ones standing in our own way For almost a year and a half I haven’t been able to do this one move at @plnkfitness I tried and tried again and just couldn’t do it. Even when I was at my skinniest I couldn’t. But it wasn’t about the weight, it was mental I knew I had tried in the past and didn’t succeed so I just stopped trying. I took the modifications and rolled with it Something in me the other day just did it without even thinking The super lunge is one of the hardest moves in the Lagree method You have to have so much balance, core strength and focus to be able to lift yourself up off the carriage, hold your body up and simultaneously move your arms to add in the weight/resistance But why are we so scared? Is it the unknown? Is that what we fear? I challenge you to face on...
