Did I want to be here? No Did I know it was going to be good for my mental health? Yes I’ve always had this love/hate relationship with fitness When I first set out to lose weight it was my enemy. Even walking half a mile wreaked havoc on my whole body and I just wanted to lay in bed With some forced consistency it became easier and then followed the non scale victories Which lead me to push myself harder to hit new milestones The most difficult part for me is just getting there.
