So recently I was diagnosed with insulin resistant PCOS. I knew I had it all along but for some reason my OB wouldn’t diagnose me with it and I had to go see a specialist for extensive bloodwork and all signs pointed to yes. The first thing the doctor told me to do to continue my weight loss journey and manage my PCOS symptoms was to eat low carb.
