I’ve been getting a lot of questions about @plnkfitness and if it’s the right workout for them and expressing concern over being scared so I want to address those things because I too was that skeptical person My first fear was that I was going to be the heaviest person in the class and I was going to embarrass myself and not know what to do FALSE: PLNK is for all body shapes and sizes and levels of experience What if I don’t know what I’m doing? Your instructor will go over the machine with you in detail and explain how it works and any time we switch movements the instructor demonstrates it and if you aren’t doing it correctly they will guide you I heard it’s low intensity so does that mean it’s not a hard workout? FALSE: Sometimes I sweat more in the first 5 min of class than I do in some other workouts. The resistance is no joke.
