It’s a new week ladies and gentleman which means we have new goals to set and crush
I have been steadily working out 6 days a week with one rest day and keeping my diet pretty clean (following 80/20 rule) and I am going to continue it into this week
That woman on the left you see there didn’t have many goals, except smashing those tequila shots in Mexico 🤣
It’s so crazy to see how much your body can change and transform when you find your “why”

It’s no secret I had some serious motivation to get my fitness journey started when a man told me he needed to be with someone who lived a healthy lifestyle and I wasn’t that person

Yeah it hurt my feelings but deep down I knew the 350 lb woman I saw staring at me in the mirror, was not who I really was. It definitely pushed me in the right direction
