This is me on the very last day of the
#75hard challenge
I was in the best shape I had been in years, the lowest weight in years and probably the strongest
I couldn’t believe that I had accomplished something so crazy
75 days of:
➡️ No booze
➡️ A healthy diet
➡️ 2 - 45 min workouts daily
(One had to be outside, rain or shine)
➡️ Drink a gallon of water daily
➡️ Read 10 pages of a book daily
➡️ Take a progress photo daily
I was in a low place in my life when I decided to start and I need a new focus and drive
While I have no intention of doing the challenge again my goal right now is to get back to a similarly good place in my own way
Every day is a challenge for me but I fight for it. I still struggle with anxiety post meningitis. What I feel is so hard to explain
