Ever since the challenge ended I’ve not been feeling myself
I feel exhausted all the time, my sciatic nerve flared up and it’s been debilitating, I feel like I’m getting sick, I can’t get a good nights sleep and the list goes on
I am struggling to get back into a routine and feel energized and motivated
I haven’t worked out in days because of my back and I think that is also taking a toll on me
My mother said to me “you don’t look happy” she’s right, I’m not
I hate feeling lost and tired, it hasn’t been easy to find my way back
I can sit here and tell you okay it’s a new week and you need to set new intentions and that’s fine and dandy and all but I know the reality of it is that it may not happen that way for me tomorrow and I can’t beat myself up about it
I finally hit a point in this journey where I really understand what it means to listen to your body
Take the break when you feel tired, eat the donut when the craving strikes, drink the glass of wine after a long day
