I’ve been on the struggle bus the past few days
I don’t know the source of it other than stress but I hadn’t been sleeping well, my body is sore all over, I was crabby and tired and NOT myself at all
It was awful
You all know that I push my mental and physical health to the limit but I’m on a serious
#weightlossmission and I’m laser focused
But even super woman needs a break sometimes
I gave into the bad food cravings and didn’t eat the best and you know what? I didn’t even feel bad about it!
I still kept my workouts on track, I reminded myself why I was doing this and that is OK to have an off day here and there
This is your reminder that you are human also and not every day will be your best
Think about why you are doing what you set out to do, eat the damn cheat meal when you crave it and pick up where you left off the next day
