After I showed a house this morning in #southcity I went to a workout hosted by @burnbootcampofallonmo and the wonderful @britphelps The workout was no joke! A super long warm up followed by an intense partner workout for 6 stations of 5 min each. Did I mention the 3 minute finisher that included jump squats, push ups and V ups?! - 😳😳😳 - Nonetheless I made it through the workout and needed a way to recover The best way I know to bounce back is eat healthy food, drink a protein shake and CRYO! When you train as hard and often as I do, your body builds up lactic acid over time and can cause burning pain and even possibly muscle soreness Cryotherapy is one way to help push that lactic acid out of your body and help you recover faster and back into your training with no down time My goal is to keep up with it 2-3 Xs per week to help my body recover quickly so I can bounce right back into the gym.
