As I sit here reflecting on the past year I think about all of the changes I’ve made and how they have impacted my life . I’ve lost a lot and by that I mean weight 😂 but have gained more. New friends, new lifestyle, muscles, a love for myself and so much more . These photos reflect the hard work but also the blood, ridiculous amounts of sweat and tears that come along with this journey . I’m so grateful to have found a community where I feel that I fit in and that supports me and challenges me daily .
