Carrot butter biscuits! The biscuit for the people who don’t “get” biscuits - I have a few friends who have always told me that they think biscuits are too dry, and a bit boring (sacrilegious, I know), but these biscuits are a labor of love meant to counter that 🥕🥕🥕 While they are still light, flakey and buttery, the carrots here lend an extra level of moisture and sweetness that you don’t get with your typical buttermilk biscuit.
