Pair of sophomores lead Cicero-North Syracuse girls lacrosse to victory Sophomores Sophia Nesci and Natalie Wilson scored three goals apiece to lead the Cicero-North Syracuse girls lacrosse team to a 14-7 season-opening victory over Westhill in a non-league contest on Wednesday. Nesci, who had 17 goals and 14 assists last season, added three assists to her game total. Wilson's hat trick was the first varsity points of her career. Five other Northstars players scored.
