Huge Congratulations to @hitokookada, coordinator of our #NuLinks #communityarts program, and her amazing team of artist facilitators and practitioners on a beautifully moving exhibition that opened this afternoon in the community gallery of @workersartsandheritage 💛💛💛💛💛💛 the exhibition is called Personal Narratives: Stories of Migration, Settlement and Resilience 🌿 Personal Narratives is an exploration in migration, settlement, and healing stories from settlement workers, newcomers, Indigenous and Canadian born community workers impacted by migration and settlement. Participants gathered together in the community for a series of five creative workshops to listen to each other’s stories through various visual dialogues.
