Roll tablespoon-sized balls of dough and place them in a greased 24-count muffin tin (one per space) Using a wooden spoon bottom or your thumb gently imprint each cookie to make a well in the center. Bake for 10 mins at 350 degrees F. If the cookie wells fill in simply insert the wooden spoon in each while warm. Allow cookies to cool for 30 minutes.
