Zack Steffen is one of the greatest American goalkeepers in history. The University of Maryland star became the best shot stopper in MLS before being transferred to Manchester City for a record fee for an American goalkeeper. A youth national team standout, Steffen has asserted himself as the No. 1 keeper for the USMNT and is set to participate in his first FIFA Men's World Cup in November. His achievements on the field have given him the platform to tackle issues much bigger than football. Together with his former University of Maryland teammate Alex Crognale, Steffen founded the VOYCENOW Foundation. VOYCENOW was founded as a direct response to the Black community's fight for equality after the tragic murder of George Floyd.
