And why not, when it has 30 grams of protein, 160 calories, 1 gram of sugar, 24 vitamins and minerals, is gluten-free, soy-free, and an excellent source of calcium with a Great taste 🙌🏻⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I think swapping my creamer for a @premierprotein shake is such a great option.
