Y’all know I believe in consistency, not just in the gym but in every area of my life. One way that I show up for myself daily is sticking to a core morning routine. I really believe how you start your day sets the tone for how the day is going to go.
I wanted to share some of the core things that I incorporate in my morning routine such as reading the Word, working out, and eating a balanced breakfast to ensure I start my day off right. One of the key parts of my morning routine is
@premierprotein shakes. There are so many ways to jazz up these shakes, but my favorite is to add it to my pancakes to pack in the protein. I am always looking for ways to add more protein to my meals so I can build this little booty, so it really helps that each shake has 30g of protein with 24 vitamins and minerals.
