A core part of my morning routine šŸ‘‡ . A protein packed breakfast.šŸŽ‰ @premierprotein #AD is my go-to hack for the easiest (& tastiest!) protein boost! . Adding protein to meals, especially that AM one, helps me stay full and satisfied longer so I can concentrate on kicking butt all day long! Even though I have a no food rules philosophy for eating I DO still think about nutrition when deciding what to eat. 🄣 Nutrition can play a role in your food choices, like including protein to start your day strong, it’s just not the ONLY factor in our decisions! It’s ā€œgentle nutritionā€!ā¤ļø . Here are some ways I use these Premier Protein shakes to hack my morning meal to be more satisfying: . 1ļøāƒ£ Use it as milk! It gives my fave ā€œsmoothie cerealā€ a fab little protein boost. 2ļøāƒ£ Try adding it to overnight oats (also adds the BEST sweetness but with 1g of sugar so you get nice stable energy VS a crash.
