SPOTTED 👀 Amidst a flurry of new vegan meats and cheeses debuting at the Natural Products Expo, I’m over here most excited about the ORIGINAL plant-based meat: TOFU! 🥳 Anyone with me?! My favorite tofu company @HodoFoods 🫶🏽 is dropping several new things this year, including their deeeelish Indian spiced tofu and Miso tofu (which is sooo good in a homemade bánh mì). 🙌 They also have “Egg” Scramble, Tofu Curry Nuggets, Moroccan Tofu Cubes, Mexican Crumbles, Yuba (tofu skin) Noodles, Veggie Burgers, and so much more. Hodo has been serving up tofu since 2004, and it’s so exciting to see From their beginnings at the Farmer’s Market in my hometown to now Target and Whole Foods, Publix, local Co-ops, and Michelin-starred restaurants... and let’s not forget that they’re a quintessential part of the Chipotle menu—the Sofritas! @HodoFoods is bringing tofu to the people 👏 and we are HERE for it.
