#ad You guys know I love a good protein shake during my morning routine and @premierprotein is one of my go-tos. It tastes SO good and contains 30g protein, 160 calories, 1g of sugar and 24 essential vitamins and minerals. Recently I used their cookies and cream shake and blended it with ice, a frozen banana and peanut butter.
