First thing, I take a walk in my neighborhood or ride my spin bike. Then, I need my morning coffee. For the last several months, my go-to has been cold brew + a Premier Protein shake. I love using it in my coffee instead of creamers because it has 30g of protein and only 160 calories. It tastes delicious and is such a great way for me to get quality protein after my workout.
