For me, I tend to stick to a few core habits that have helped me stay healthy and productive each day. It’s part of my daily routine that helps me stay on track.

One habit I recently introduced into my routine that I’m loving at the moment is a
@PremierProtein shake. I like to add it to my coffee because it’s packed with protein and it has 1g of sugar.

I tried both vanilla and caramel flavors but caramel is definitely my favorite. Each shake also has 160 calories and 24 essential vitamins and minerals. I sometimes drink it alone too like after a workout or if I want to quench my thirst. It truly is amazing!
