As a former power 5 coach — here’s what college coaches look for on film 👀 1. Does he truly love football — it sounds cliche but it really does matter. After a coach watches a highlight tape they’ll usually watch a full game to see more than what a player is showing. 2. Versatility — can a guy play at different spots? When I was coaching I loved seeing a guy that would play tight end as well as outside linebacker or defensive end. Versatility also means playing on special teams because you’ll definitely be on those teams at the college level. #collegefootball #cfb #collegefootballrecruiting #collegefootballtiktok
