Over the next few months I will be eating in a surplus (eating more cals than I’m burning) and starting a building program (today) to gain muscle 💪
The picture on the left was February 1st and the right was March 22nd.
February 1st I started tracking my food again at maintenance, March 22nd I made my first increase in calories.
Up 2 pounds from left to right, and already feeling better in terms of recovery & workouts.
I plan on weighing myself & taking pictures only once per month.
Progress will be recognized mainly through how my body feels and if I’m getting stronger in the gym.
A major factor here is continuing to paying attention to the foods I’m eating to avoid bloating and feeling blah.
Just because I wanna gain doesn’t mean I’m gonna eat like an *sshole 😊
I’m super excited to see the changes that come over the next 3-4 months.
It’s been a minute since I’ve set specific physical goals & experimented on myself 🤪
