As part of dineLA 2026, our Beverly Hills location inside the slsbeverlyhills will introduce limited lunch seating! From January 31 - February 1, guests can expect the same high-quality nigiri, offered in a streamlined lunch format: 10 courses for $105, with an optional $55 light-beverage pairing (half the usual pairings). Guests can also add a $55 supplement featuring either caviar or truffles, applied to three of the 10 bites. For dinner service, we will participate in DineLA from January 23 - February 6, with optional enhancements, including a $100 beverage pairing and a $100 supplemental caviar and truffle add-on for six of the 17-course menu. DineLA dinner options will be available at Sushi by Scratch Restaurants: Beverly Hills and Los Angeles. #DineLA
