I still don’t have all the words needed to describe how much this moment means to me, both as a dancer & as a human. Placing at vibedancecomp has always been a dream, & being able to make it a reality with a set like this with vmodance makes it unbelievable. As much as this set was made to wake people up, it was also just as much for those who have woken up. Those who feel the hopelessness & isolation that comes with speaking up for what you believe in while not letting the state of the world paralyze you into inaction. This love we poured into this was for also for you & we thought about you through this whole process. We reminded ourselves of the hope we had that this set would support those who have been speaking what sometimes feels into the void, we hoped that this set would inspire those people to keep going & to keep fighting for humanity.
