If you know me, you know I like to wear my heart on my sleeve. Especially when it comes to dance. Thank you to shallou for creating such a beautiful song for souls that feel the deeply in the life of love. And speaking of love, it’s all around us. This piece isn’t for a specific person. It encompasses all my experiences etched into my heart that continues to breathe air into the surface of my reality. Last nights workshop with _project_soup_ and exchangednc really showed me how, even after living through a decade of dance, that the community of dance still lives on through the love of movement. Folks of different walks of life coming together to share with each other through music and movement. To then eventually leave with a positive mentality on life.
