Check out the awesome review our buddy @detroit_electrical did on the differences between the M18 surge and standard impact! #Repost @detroit_electrical ・・・ So I've seen a couple videos comparing the surge to the standard impact, and they were all good, but I just don't feel like any of them did the justice the surge deserves. So I'm pretty excited to have gotten this video, I think it really shows not only the noise difference but the vibration difference. Although the surge is 50% quieter, it also has 3x less vibration than the standard fuel impact. You can really see the vibration difference when you watch the linesman move as I drill, and with less vibration you have much smoother operation. I drilled through 2 pieces of shallow strut to really get the torque going in both drills, which was great for the sound comparison as well. I hope this video could give you guys a better look into the Milwaukee surge. And once again I want to thank @sacfasteners for there awesome tool prices!...
