With leaders to support his work, develop his growth and connect him to the right opportunities, Josh advanced from a team coordinator in our E-Coat facility to a senior plant manager of our Spartanburg Assembly plant. Today, he shares a similar impact on others’ careers by providing the same leadership support to his team members. When asked about his proudest moment thus far in his career at Oshkosh, Josh replied, “… my team members advancing in their careers. Being part of someone’s development and journey is very rewarding — I push my team to excel and continuously improve, creating a winning mindset.
