Drake One of my favorite quotes. I sometimes feel that I reached the end of my journey. Like my time to help people came to an end; that my purpose of trying to save people was done. Ever since my sister passed, I have wanted to ‘save’ / help people with fitness and movement as it was my saving grace to deal with loss. I’ve learned that we evolve, we change, we pivot. That is the beauty of being on a journey. How lucky are we to still be alive and be on this path called life. #change #life #reflections #journey #evolve
