Juicy Lucy Ribs 💦💦💦 . I rubbed this rack in oaklanddust poultry rub and gustusvitae “cali cajun” and “pinky poppin umami”. I cooked them on the lococookers kettle for 2hrs and 15 minutes. Then I sauced them with fivemonkeysbbqsauce and let that set for 10 mins. Sliced with my dalstrong shadow black sliver and my lord were they juicy 💦💦 The flavors were unreal and the bite was perfect. .
