Edgar Zúñiga left his life in the U.S. behind to serve as an American Red Cross Communications Delegate in Budapest, Hungary for a year. In his role, he's telling stories of people impacted by the conflict in Ukraine and working with colleagues at the IFRC to determine where people need help and how to share where aid is being provided.
