There’s a difference between creating a mascot
and building a brand on a person.
One is replaceable. The other is Name, Image, and Likeness.
When a business benefits from someone’s personality, presence, and trust with the public that relationship has to be defined. If it isn’t, brand trust breaks. And once trust breaks, the audience fills in the gaps.
This is why I’m relentless about foundational marketing.
If you don’t decide what your brand is built on, the public will decide for you.
