Former WWE Superstar Marc Mero took to social media to share a specific example of the royalty payments he has received from World Wrestling Entertainment.
Mero posted a royalty statement dated December 19, 2019, to illustrate the difference between the revenue generated by content featuring his likeness and the actual compensation paid to the talent. In the post, Mero stated that he was “partly responsible for $39,590.81 in revenue” during the reporting period. The accompanying check for that quarter totaled $71.47.
