✨Slightly different post from me… ✨ This feels a little vulnerable to share, because I don’t often voice my thoughts about the education system. I never want to upset or blame those working within it, especially teachers and educators. Some of my closest friends are teachers. They care deeply. They’re doing their absolute best. And many of them are parents too, feeling the same pressure and concern. This isn’t about teachers. It’s about the system and how heavy it can feel for children and families right now. I couldn’t fit everything I wanted to say into these slides, so I’ve written more on Substack about home learning and why it feels like such an important part of supporting children at this moment.
