It’s a great day to introduce another Army ROTC #CadetOfTheWeek 🎉 Meet Cadet Liam Yost, a junior majoring in Chemical Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology. He joined #ArmyROTC to set himself up for success in the civilian world and serve his country. “I decided to lead because I see leadership as a way to effectively band a group of people together as a team to accomplish a goal. Good leadership looks like effective communication and facilitation of a well-thought-out plan, ready to provide direction when things fail, and redirect back on course.” Yost is described as a phenomenal peer leader who shows dedication to the training and development of his fellow cadets. He’s attended Air Assault School and participated in Sage Eagle with 3rd Special Forces Group. This year alone, Yost organized the Tiger Battalion’s Stop Soldier Suicide Ruck and was the captain of the #RangerChallenge team.
