Some of our favorite memories are made on cruises—especially when we’re traveling overseas with the kids. It’s one of the few travel experiences that feels equal parts adventure and ease. Everyone gets something out of it, and we always come home with more great memories than stress lol. My top 5 reasons why we love cruising (especially internationally) with the kids while they’re small: 1. One unpack, multiple countries. We explore several destinations—but only unpack once. No changing hotels or repacking suitcases between countries. 2. Built-in fun for the kids. From splash pads to shows to kid-centric activities, they’re entertained and safe, which gives us time to relax as well. 3. Bite-sized cultural exposure. Each port offers a new language, new sights, and new foods—but in a way that’s manageable for the kids and for us. 4. Actual family time.
