We’re excited to announce a new online Migraine Support & Community Group co-facilitated by Kristen H. Kristen is a practicing artist and former art teacher from St. Louis. She is a mother, wife, and proud beagle mom. In 2021, after ten years of teaching both elementary and middle school art, Kristen could no longer teach while managing the daily pain from Chronic Migraine and Sjogren’s Disease. Losing her career and filing for disability was devastating. In 2024, after experiencing a worsening of depression, Kristen decided to join a Miles for Migraine Online Support Group. Little did she know that she would find an entire group of friends, and it would open up new possibilities for education and volunteering! In 2025 she decided to take the next step and become certified to lead her own support group.
