How’s this for a fashion-forward move? Levi Strauss & Co. isn’t just launching a digital transformation, it’s also creating a future-ready workforce that can deliver on it. Partnering with consultancy Launchpad.ai, the denim manufacturing giant created an eight-week course to upskill its employees in all things digital. Featuring content and use cases specific to the apparel industry, it covers the foundations of data science, coding, machine learning, and agile. The goal? Encourage employees—regardless of title, background, or skill level—to adopt a digital-first mindset.
